Project Back on Track: Day 30 Check-in
I cannot believe that it is already time for my Day 30 check in! This summer is seriously flying by - which is so, so sad!
The last 15 days have been great - I celebrated a good friend’s marriage and reunited with so many people that I have known since I was just a little munchkin. I celebrated my birthday and ate all the things. I took days off from work to just be.
I’m so grateful for this experiment and the focus it has brought into my life. I feeling so strong and complete and so able to take on the world.
So, let’s get into reviewing the last 3 weeks.
Mind
Read 10 pages daily: 11/15
No screens 30 minutes before bed: 10/15
Limit social media time to 1.5 hours per day: 13/15
Set 1 intention per day: 13/15
Practice an act of self-care at least once per week: 4/15
Body
At least 30 minutes of exercise six days per week: 10/15
1 hour of exercise at least twice per week : 8/15
Yoga at least once a week: 5/15
Try 1 new fitness activity per month: 0
Eat something green at every meal, everyday: 13/15
Stick to an exclusively paleo diet a minimum of 5 days a week - 6/15
8 hours of sleep everyday: 12/15
Soul (choose 1 daily)
Meditation, 10 minutes minimum: 3/15
Affirmations, 10 minutes minimum: 5/15
Gratitude Journaling, 5 items minimum: 5/15
Nurture a friendship or relationship: 2/15
