Cozy Fall Diffuser Blends

As the nighttime temperatures trend towards freezing, I’ve officially shut my windows for the season and turned the heat on. It’s a bittersweet moment in the year - when summer ends and fall comes rolling in. I will miss the beach and days spent lounging on my porch but I am excited for hot coffee, hot toddies, and curling up under a blanket on the couch with a good book.

However, what I will probably miss the most is the freshness of free flowing sea-adjacent air in my home. It’s a vibe that simply cannot be replicated in the cooler seasons. But without spending a large fortune on heating, I have to find other ways to help my home feel fresh without the influx of summer air. Enter essential oils.

I use essential oils for lots of things - emotional support, cleaning, and for scenting my home in a non-toxic way. Diffuser blends are a great way to replicate your favorite fall candles in a healthier and more eco-conscious way. Don’t get me wrong, I still use candles from time to time but I find essential oils a great replacement to reduce my exposure to artificial fragrances.
