Fall 2020 Bucket List
So much of 2020 sucked big time. There isn’t a single person I can think of who wasn't negatively impacted by the global pandemic that rocked our world in early 2020. Everybody - from our moms to our sworn enemies, gave up or lost something important to them this year.
And it has been hard. But there is good news…there are less than 90 days remaining in 2020. While I can’t be certain that 2021 will be any better (hello rising cases in America), I can be hopeful.
In reflecting on 2020, one thing that really made me sad was the summer. The summer is by and far my favorite season and this summer just wasn’t the same.
Last year I made a summer bucket list and had so much fun ticking off each activity. This year, I had a “why bother” attitude about it all. This is a failing on my part - my poor attitude in light of a difficult situation probably lead to me missing out on some opportunities to make the most of the things that were available to me.
So, I am making up for it with a fall bucket list instead! And I’m hoping it will prevent me from falling into a rut of staying home watching Netflix and encourage me to do some of the many safe things to do here in Maine right now. So, here it is!
What are you planning to do this fall? Tell me all about it in the comments below.
