Endo Warrior Wednesday: Endo Resources Round Up
March is Endometriosis Awareness month. This is a bittersweet feeling of joy for me. I love spreading my message and helping others but endometriosis is a condition that caused me significant distress and pain in my life.
It’s so easy to dismiss the symptoms as just a “bad period” but it’s so much more than that. To get the low down on what Endo is and what it isn’t get the Endo Facts here!
1 in 10 women have endometriosis but every single one of us has a unique story. Remembering how low I felt and the dark place I was when I finally was diagnosed still brings tears to my eyes but I never gave up. I kept advocating until I got answers. Read my endometrosis story here!
Once you’re diagnosed with endo, it’s important that you develop a game plan. Bad days will happen. Being prepared for bad days can go along way in your overall mental health and well-being. Check out the things I can’t live without during endo flares here!
When it comes to Endometriosis, self-care is everything. Check out my endometriosis rituals here to see how I take care of my mind, body, and soul during flares and even in-between!
If you suffer from abdominal bloating and cramps, you’re not alone! Try my castor oil packs for serious relief!
